Ingredients
- 2 ounces of De Cajón vodka
- ½ oz of coffee liqueur (we like Mr. Black)
- Shot of espresso
- ¼ oz of Demerara gum syrup
- Lemon peel for garnish
Procedure
- Add vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and syrup to a shaker.
- Generously add ice and shake until the shaker is frosty.
- Double strain (using a standard hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh strainer) into a coupe glass.
- Squeeze a lemon peel over the top and enjoy!
